2007 Annual Board Meeting
This is our first annual board meeting, Oct 22 2007, Berkeley, CA, USA.
Matthew Hicks and Justin Ryan have met to discuss the fate of the VonGogo Foundation.
The first item on the agenda today is a motion by Justin Ryan for the addition of the Foundation's third officer, Salvador Lara, as a First Director. Salvador should have control of our bank account, full access to all systems, and to the same limited extent as Matthew and Myself should be able to speak and sign in the foundation's interest.
Seconded by Matt, accepted as proposed.
The next and last item on the agenda brought to the attention of the board by Justin Ryan is the matter of USD$7,000 contributed by the Association for Computing Machinery as direct compensation for work performed and paid for by Justin Alan Ryan during the month of March 2007. These funds shall stand as an initial dowry to the foundation, but may be payable as wages to Mr. Ryan once the foundation is in stronger financial shape, or if he is displeased with the way his sponsored contribution is dispersed.
Seconded by Sal, brought to a vote, accepted 3-0.
